I am the Broker and President for the company. I have been buying and
selling real estate since 1978. Residential, income producing property for
myself and others all these years. I do all the commercial real estate in
our company. I was licensed here in Arizona since 1990. I specialized for 10
years in Condo's, Town homes, Patio homes and apartment buildings. I
represent clients as if I were the buyer or selling my own property. I owned
my own construction company for many years before becoming a Realtor. I
built new homes and apartment buildings as well as remodeled existing homes.
Real Estate is all I know and I am to old to be a "Rock Star."
